JF Helix Duo is a double disc fertilizer spreader with RotaFlow technology developed for even distribution of granulated fertilizers and seeds with a range from 9 to 24 meters. With capacity up to 1500 liters, its main advantage is to carry the fertilizer/seed gently from the tank until the broadcasting paddles, minimizing fragmentation and providing the most precise distribution in its class, even on sloping fields.
RotaFlow Technology
The fertilizer/seeds go through a special chamber where it starts the rotation movement and take it down to the center of the discs. Once there the disc is already rotating and the product smoothly slides out to the paddle, which applies a gradual acceleration for throwing it perfectly. This system results in less fertilizer/seeds fragmentation, less dust and less wind impact over distribution, differentely of convencional systems where the product comes down by gravity to the discs and receive a large impact from the paddles.
